Coreco links up with another estate agency chain

Coreco Group has teamed up with London-based James Pendleton Estate Agents to offer prospective purchasers mortgage advice.
The deal comes hot on the heels of Coreco’s partnership with another London estate agency chain, Douglas & Gordon in September. The brokerage is looking to recruit more advisers as a result.
James Pendleton has five offices in Wandsworth and Tonsley, Battersea, Clapham South and Balham, Wandsworth and Clapham Common, with a sixth due to open shortly.
