Kornitzer banks a premium position

Clive Kornitzer has left the role of chief operating officer at Abbey for Inter-mediaries to become dir-ector of premium banking for Santander UK.

In his previous role, that he has held since 2006, he oversaw the development and improvement of AfI’s network and led its strategic projects.

His responsibilities now fall under the remit of Norman Wren, director of services at Santander.

moves from AfI to santander UkIt comes as parent group Santander is rolling out a rebrand of its Abbey branches and branches of UK subsidiary Bradford & Bingley.
