Equity Release Club launches 0.1% cash back deal

Equity Release Club and Just Retirement are giving members access to a 0.1% cash back promotion.
The deal gives equity release clients 0.1% cashback on the value of their property to help with legal or broker fees and is available until September 30.

ERC says this makes it Treating Customers Fairly compliant.

ERC members and their clients will also have access to Just Retirement’s recent introduction of a set-up and valuation fees free offer on all equity release business received before December 31.

Members will also receive 3% commission on any deal completed.
