The branch will be headed by Jean-Luc Portos who has over 30 years experience in this region.
Jean-Luc Portos, head of Hamptons International Monaco, says: “Monaco covers just 1.95 square kms - making it smaller than Hyde Park - but the Principality has experienced phenomenal growth over the past two years.
“Factors driving this growth include its position, climate and importantly, the absence of income or capital gains tax."
He adds: "There are no restrictions on owning property in Monaco and today it has a reputation for being one of the best places to invest in the world.”
