IT can identify who to assist and when

I’ve been reading with interest what the pundits are predicting for the housing market in 2011. It varies from a 20% drop in house prices to a 4% increase but most seem to believe interest rates will rise to about 2% by the end of 2011.
Housing minister Grant Shapps wants the government to stabilise the housing market by encouraging local councils to embrace the new housing bonus scheme and encourage building of the right type of houses for first-time buyers.
He wants to end the era of property being seen as an investment for retirement and encourage a society that believes a property’s primary function should be as a home.
Lord Oakeshott, a Liberal Democrat Treasury spokesman, also said last week the British should end their obsession with owner-occupation and consider how to make long-term renting flexible and accessible.
Those already on the housing ladder may be considering a remortgage and first-time buyers still need help finding a deal that will allow them to buy a home.
Those who do prefer to rent have to be able to find their ideal property and get advice on their protection needs.
These people’s need for a good adviser has never been greater. If your IT system can segment your clients, you can identify who you need to contact when the right product comes to market.
This must be the year when you use your IT system to concentrate solely on work that generates income, enabling you to grasp every opportunity possible.
