Haggerty quits Crown role after less than a year
Steve Haggerty leaves his role as chief executive of Crown Mortgage Management today after completing less than a year in the role.
Haggerty, who joined the firm in May 2009, is to take up a senior role at another organisation in the next few weeks, although details of this move are currently subject to confidentiality constraints.
Eric Stoclet has been appointed as chief executive ahead of Haggerty’s departure.
Stoclet has been advising Crown Group and Forum Partners, a property investment firm and a substantial investor in Crown, on the sale of Crown Westfalen Bank in Germany and the restructuring of some of Crown’s European business interests.
Russell Platt, chief executive of Forum, says: “While I’m sorry to see Haggerty leave, the scope of the job he will be taking on is a tribute to his leadership qualities.”
