TrigoldCrystal eases broker GI sales
TrigoldCrystal has launched a two-way data transfer system between its Prospector sourcing system and Paymentshield’s Inertia software.
Documents produced in Inertia will be automatically returned to Prospector and saved as a part of a client file for compliance purposes.
David Aylmer, marketing director at TrigoldCrystal, says: “This development will offer advisers benefits in streamlining and supporting their compliance processes.
“We have also enhanced our Prospector system to support the insurance sales process, specifically in the area of documentation.
“During the sales process, all documents including application forms will be automatically returned to Prospector.”
Ian Halley, key accounts director at Paymentshield, says: “We have worked closely with TrigoldCrystal to ensure brokers can quickly and simply build the sale of general insurance products into their sales processes.
“This development simplifies the whole process which means brokers can spend more quality time with their clients.”
