Congratulations to all TOTL winners
RECOGNISING EXCELLENCE IS THE INTERMEDIARY MARKET

DAVID FINLAY, INTERMEDIARY BUSINESS DIRECTOR BARCLAYS
So the first season of Top of the League is finally at a close and to celebrate on my right is every Player and Manager of the Month over the last nine months. Well done again to all our winners.
I’ve been delighted with the number and breadth of nominations we received. The idea behind Top of the League was to acknowledge the
contribution the broker community has made to the industry. Being a broker is not just about selling mortgages and making money but also about adding value to your community whether that is employment, charity work or other things that often go unseen or unheard.
Winners were assessed by four different criteria.
- Company -helping to make your company profitable
- Colleague - helping your colleagues to excel
- Community - helping your local or intermediary community
- Doing the best for clients.
Along with the prizes the winners received, they were invited to a special dinner with three top football legends. For the first half of the season we had Matt Le Tissier and Osvaldo Ardiles and for the winners of the second half we had Ray Wilkins. This was an opportunity for legends in the mortgage world to meet legends of the footballing world and it did not disappoint. I’m looking forward to discovering more talent and crowning more winners next season.
