There has to be a betterway to book funds at Woolwich

Through your publication, may I request a response from Woolwich regarding its shambolic fund booking system?

Despite repeated attempts over a three-day period I was recently unable to book funds on the system and on the advice of Woolwich, which explained that funds were recharged overnight, decided an all-nighter was the only answer.

So from 10.30pm until 9am I repeatedly attempted to book funds, but again met with no success.

I phoned Woolwich and got confirmation that it had been inundated with complaints but it said unfortunately all funds had been allocated and the pot was empty.

I explained I had tried all night and was told I would simply have to keep trying.

There must be a better system of booking funds than one that relies on pot luck and staying up all night. What do you say, Woolwich?
