How long have you worked for the company? Since December 2005
How does it feel to be employee of the month? This is something new for me and I must say it’s great to be thought of as the number one. It’s also terrific that I was nominated by our sales director. This indicates to me that my efforts are being recognised by the sales team.
What do you like about your job? I like working with my colleagues and I certainly enjoy all the laughs we have along the way. There’s always loads to do in the office and we hardly ever seem to have a quiet moment but we always find time during the day to have a joke.
The employer says: We have made some fundamental changes in our operations at Affirmative and Kate has fully embraced this evolution. She has the same passion we all do and it is clear that her intention is to become ever more responsive to brokers’ needs. That has to be excellent news for intermediaries as well as for our firm.
