Exclusive Connections launches remortgage package

Exclusive Connections is offering a remortgage costs package that includes valuation and legal fees for £495.
The deal, which covers residential remortgage property transactions up to a value of £1m, includes buy-to-let products. VAT is also included in the price.
The all-in cost is conditional on the use of Exclusive Connections’ valuation panel and conveyancing service.
Matthew Arena, managing director of Exclusive Connections, says: “We have negotiated a fantastic deal with our valuers and conveyancers.
“Intermediaries and their clients really need all the help they can get in a market like this and this new package will go some way to reducing the costs associated with remortgaging.”
