KRS offers Mini Cooper broker incentive

Key Retirement Solutions is offering brokers the chance to win a Mini Cooper by referring equity release business.
Brokers who register with KRS as an equity release referral partner will receive one entry into a prize draw to win the car, and those who go on to refer a client will be entered into the draw twice.
If the client then makes an application the referring broker will be entered into the draw three times.
Brokers who are already registered with KRS will automatically be entered once into the prize draw.
The incentive runs from 6 January until April 30 with the prize presented to the winner in May.
KRS is also making changes its Key Estate Planning service, which offers will writing, inheritance tax planning, and Lasting Power of Attorney.
The service is now available as a standalone proposition which can be accessed by all brokers.
Previously the service was only available alongside an equity release application.
Dean Mirfin, group director at KRS, says: “Those who are sharing the revenues from referring to ourselves are reaping the benefits and we want to take steps to provide even greater focus on equity release into 2010.
“To this end we are today launching a referral incentive to win a Mini Cooper.
“We hope this will give that added incentive, as well as the payments average in excess of £750 per case, to those who may not currently be looking at this area.
“In addition it should give those who already refer to us even greater focus and incentive for the months ahead.”
