L&G Mortgage Club offers equity release

Legal & General mortgage club has linked up with Key Retirement Solutions to offer an equity release referral service.
Members can now access equity release plans, including lifetime mortgages and home reversions from a range of providers.
Ben Thompson, director of mortgages at Legal & General, says: “We’ve chosen the UK’s leading independent equity release specialist, KRS, for our Mortgage Club members.
Some providers have left the market recently but equity release is a very important segment of the market and looks set to play an increasingly significant role in funding retirement in the future.
