Apprentice mortgage broker charged with fraud

A mortgage broker who appeared on the Apprentice has been charged with four counts of mortgage fraud.
Christopher Farrell, 29, was fired by Sir Alan Sugar two weeks ago on the BBC show.
After being on bail for eight weeks Farrell is due in court in Plymouth, Devon, on December 22.
Crown Prosecution Service lawyer David Gittins says: “I have decided that he should be charged with four counts of fraud by false representation.”
Farrell is accused of having forged documents including pay slips and P60s to get mortgages for clients and was bailed to December 20.
Sir Alan tweeted: “Christopher Farrell the bloke I fired in prog 8 just got nicked for fraud.”

Q: What does the lender do now his clients own the properties? - please let me know if anyone does. Do they have to sell the properties and what if they made a loss on falling property prices?
