Wilson, Malone and Reynolds launch agent-tracker

Martin Wilson, Martin Reynolds and John Malone have launched agent-tracker, a new online website that allows consumers to leave verified reviews about their experiences during the buying process.

To leave a review on the site it is password protected giving consumers and estate agents confidence that only genuine vendors have left a review. In addition by completing a short questionnaire agent-tracker can award estate agents a star rating for their service.

Wilson, Reynolds and Malone are also launching the firm with Simon Djemil and Amanda Wilson.

Simon Djemil, director at agent-tracker, says “The original concept of the website is to allow consumers to make informed choices about which agent to choose to market their property. Buying and selling a property is a big decision and in most instances only occurs a handful of times during a consumer’s lifetime. Choosing the right agent is important.”

  • Just looked at the website - it appears that they want to charge estate agents £36 p m to be included -
why would an estate agent pay this?

Also local agents sell relatively few properties - and as such this sort of site cannot attract many reviews per agent.

    Stick to mortgages!
