Savills Lending Solutions launches commercial debt division

Savills Lending Solutions, the specialist lending arm of Savills Private Finance, is launching a commercial debt division for intermediaries looking to place commercial enquiries.
The division, which will be based at SLS’s Southend base, will be run by SPF director Neil Chambers.
Rob Jupp, director of SLS, says: “Over the past 16 months, we have become aware of a huge gap in the offering from most mortgage intermediaries when it comes to placing commercial deals. We decided, with our parent SPF, to expand our offering to include commercial debt funding. With Neil and his team on board, we now have the expertise to enable us to do this.”
