Paradigm adds Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead to panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead Mortgages to the lender panel of Paradigm Financial Advisers.
Network members of PFA will now be able to access the intermediary-only lender’s mortgage range, which includes homebuyer products up to 90% LTV, remortgage products up to 85% LTV and interest-only deals up to 75% LTV.
John Coffield, head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, says: “The inclusion of Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead on to the PFA lender panel will provide our network firms with access to a substantial product range and a lender which is focused on the intermediary market.”
He says Paradigm anticipates strong interest in the product range from PFA members and is therefore urging brokers to register immediately on the Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead website to gain access to its products and services.
Coffield adds: “We are committed to ensuring a wide depth and breadth to our lender panels and the inclusion of Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead certainly adds to our overall proposition in this area.”
