Ingard adds Precise to lender panel

Essex-based AR network Ingard has added Precise Mortgages to its lender panel.
Nikki Haworth, sales and marketing director at Ingard, says the network plans to launch the Precise proposition to its members at its spring conference on May 25 in Coventry.
She says: “We are continually looking to improve our offering and adding an intermediary focused lender with an adaptable approach like Precise is key to our brokers.
“There is a clear gap in the market for good clients who have suffered a blip in their credit profile and Precise has the products to help them.”
Roger Morris, head of sales at Precise, says he is delighted to be added to Ingard’s panel.
He says: “So many people have suffered financial problems over the last couple of years and now back on track, they are looking to consolidate debt or move home.
“Whatever the reason, Precise leads the market with near prime products exclusively through the broker market. This part of the market has more opportunities than any other.”
