TMA teams up with Melton Intermediary Services

The Mortgage Alliance has teamed up with Melton Intermediary Services to offer its registered directly authorised brokers access to the TMA lending panel.

Melton Intermediary Services is a subsidiary of the Melton Mowbray Building Society and has packaging arrangements with an array of lenders.

This relationship will allow MIS’ brokers and introducer’s access to a wider range of direct to lender deals as well as its full packaging options.

Melton Intermediary Services has been a packager for 14 years, originally based in Birmingham it is now located in Melton Mowbray at the principle office of its parent company.

Phil Whitehouse, head of TMA, says: “I am delighted that MIS has chosen TMA as its strategic partner in this venture as we are well experienced at delivering solutions for corporate partners as well as the directly authorised intermediary. The market dictates that, as an industry, we all have to continue looking at various opportunities across the whole market and develop these to benefit all parties involved.

“We firmly believe that by working with MIS we can really add value to those directly authorised brokers that we may not have previously had access to and we expect them to benefit from TMA’s extensive range of products and services.”
