Coventry launches 4-year fix at 4.49%

Coventry Intermediaries is launching a number of new fixed rate mortgages including a 4-year fixed rate at 4.49%, up to 85% LTV.
The rate has a £199 booking fee and no arrangement fee. It has also launched a three-year fixed rate at 4.12% up to 85% LTV with a £199 booking fee and £300 arrangement fee.
As well as a 3.99% two-year fixed rate up to 85% LTV with a £199 booking fee and £300 arrangement fee.
All products also include one basic valuation and a legal package for remortgagors.
Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, says: “These new deals are a great option for borrowers with have lower deposits or less equity but are looking for good value in the years to come. Our new 4 year deal in particular should prove to be very popular, and with low fees it’s an attractive choice to make. There really is something for everyone in Coventry Intermediaries’ mortgage range.”
