Countrywide launches advisory service for new homes

Countrywide has launched a specialist financial advisory service for the new homes sector.
Countrywide is to deploy over 70 mortgage consultants dedicated to providing financial related advice for all new homes buyers.
This builds on the announcement last month when Countrywide signed an exclusive UK-wide agreement with CB Richard Ellis to provide project marketing services including advice on all aspects of sales, rental, investment, financial and property management for new houses and apartments.
Grenville Turner, chief executive of Countrywide, says: “The launch of our specialist new homes financial services is a continuation of our strategic focus to enhance our position in the land and new homes sector. Our aim is to provide an all-round compelling and powerful proposition estate agency, financial services and conveyancing for house builders and developers.”
