Conti links with Mortgage Support Network

Conti has entered into an exclusive partnership with the Mortgage Support Network to provide a specialist referral service for overseas mortgages.
Conti will also provide support in the form of an online sales toolkit, allowing MSN members need to generate overseas mortgage sales from their existing client base.
Clare Nessling, operations director at Conti, says: “We’re delighted to become MSN’s exclusive partner for overseas mortgages. Despite the UK property slump, overseas mortgage providers have a healthy appetite for lending to foreign investors. Bargain property prices and historically low interest rates are also making it much more affordable to buy overseas property. If intermediaries haven’t yet considered the overseas mortgage market as a source of additional income, there may never be a better time to do so.”
