Martin Reynolds to leave PMS

Martin Reynolds, director of business development at PMS, is leaving the company, PMS has announced.

John Cupis, managing director of PMS, will assume day-to-day responsibility for Reynold’s role.

He says: “Martin Reynolds has played a valuable role in helping to deliver a range of market leading propositions that have contributed to PMS’s continued success.

“In addition to being the UK’s largest mortgage distributor, our business has expanded its range of services to provide brokers with access to expert regulatory support, along with protection and savings products which Reynolds has been instrumental in designing.

“We are in a strong position to continue moving forward and deliver even greater value to mortgage brokers, and we would like to thank Reynolds for his hard work during this exciting period in PMS’s development.”

Reynolds is said to be planning to pursue a number of challenges, though it is not known at this stage where his next move will be.

He says: “I am proud to have contributed to PMS’s success over the last few years, which has helped to broaden and build upon my industry experience and knowledge.

“I feel that the time is now right for me to move on to new challenges, but I fully expect PMS’s success to continue in its drive to be the UK’s leading support services provider for mortgage intermediaries.”

Reynolds will remain in his role at PMS to ensure a smooth handover of his role to John Cupis.

Mortgage Strategy understands that it was Reynolds’ decision to leave the company.

Reynolds joined PMS in June 2008 as the mortgage club’s corporate director before becoming development director in January 2009.

Before PMS Reynolds worked as commercial director at edeus.
