3mc adds Aldermore Commercial Mortgages to panel

National mortgage distributor and packager 3mc has added Aldermore Commercial Mortgages to its packaged panel of lenders.
Doug Hall, managing director at 3mc, says: “Aldermore has two distinct brands for both residential and commercial mortgages. Intermediaries can gain direct access to Aldermore Residential using 3mc as their preferred payment route and can now also access Aldermore’s commercial mortgage range via our packaging arm.
“Aldermore has an appetite to lend via both brands with its commercial arm focusing on various commercial markets, including buy to lets for HMO’s, limited companies, multi unit lending and student lets. 3mc is delighted to be working with both brands of Aldermore.”
