Countrywide renews Nationwide surveying link

Countrywide Surveyors has been reappointed by Nationwide Building Society as its lead panel manager as part of a contract that came into effect on January 1.
The reappointment followed a tender process which involved competition from several valuers.
Chris Shaw, chief surveyor at Countrywide Surveyors, says: “Our relationship with Nationwide spans more than two decades and we are delighted to extend that through this contract. Winning it shows our professionalism at a national and local level.”
Andy McQueen, mortgage director at Nationwide, says: “Countrywide has a proven record with us. It understands our customers’ needs and provides excellent service. We have a strong business relationship and look forward to building on this in the future.”
