The Charlbury Group teams up with Spicerhaart

The Charlbury Group is to provide Spicerhaart with a new conveyancing referral system for use by advisers throughout its branch network.
The system will enable advisers to generate a conveyancing quote, send the instruction electronically, according to pre-set allocation rules, directly into the solicitors’ system.
As the conveyancer progresses the case, milestone updates are automatically passed through the system back to Spicerhaart.

“We approached the Charlbury Group to build a system which would enable advisers in our branches to source conveyancing quotes at the point of sale and be able to instruct from a panel of solicitors. This supports the house sale process and adds value by putting a buyer in touch with a professional conveyancer. Furthermore, the system allows us to track cases and monitor milestones which help us ensure that the case is progressing and we’re offing an exceptional service.”
