OpenConvey targets larger brokerages

OpenConvey is aiming to sign up larger brokerages and estate agency groups this year, after agreeing a partnership with estate agents Stack & Bonner.

The online conveyancing panel will carry out all Stack & Bonner’s conveyancing work through the OpenConvey panel.

Stack & Bonner have four estate agency branches based in the Kingston-on-Thames and Surbiton areas.

Steve Maine, managing director of OpenConvey, says the company still offers a good proposition for individual brokers, but says that there has been a rise in demand from larger financial services firms.

He says: “Where we are seeing more and more interest is from larger players like Stack & Bonner, who require a way of managing their business which allows them the facility to track progress up to completion of all cases at any time along with a full audit trail and full access to senior staff at their chosen conveyancer.”

Andrew Pollard, Managing director of Stack & Bonner, says: “In an increasingly competitive environment, we are always looking to improve our service to customers while keeping our administration costs under control.

“OpenConvey offers a great solution for us, our advisers and most importantly our clients.”
