Home Buyer Systems has teamed up with online HIPs and conveyancing provider, Easier2move.
The Home Buyer System now includes a link giving users direct access to the Easier2move website, from which allows them to arrange any conveyancing work requested by their customers at a special discounted price.
Richard Angliss, managing director of Home Buyer Systems, says: “We are very conscious that charging fees is an issue for mortgage advisors. In this respect a fee justification tool has been added that uses the large discounts that mortgage advisors get from dealing with companies like Easier2move.
