Conveyancing Alliance launches Convey99

Conveyancing Alliance has launched a purchase conveyancing product, Convey99.
Convey99 is offered at a pre-referral fee price of £99 plus VAT and disbursements for all properties purchased up to £500,000.
Advisers can take a referral fee of up to £200.
Convey99 also comes with the ‘fall-through search protection’–should the property purchase fall through, clients will receive a guarantee of a replacement set of personal searches for any new property free of charge.
Harpal Singh, managing director of Conveyancing Alliance, says: “This product has been launched exclusively for the mortgage adviser market and based on our research we believe the overall costs are market-leading in the mortgage adviser space.”

Market leading? Doubtful. Others have been doing this for a while, just don't feel the need to blow their own trumpet about every little gimmick.

Call me sceptical, but can a solcitor really operate at such low margins AND give a decent service to my clients?
