Money for nothing with in-bank fun

Chatroom hears that Immedia Group, which specialises in providing radio solutions for businesses, is working with a number of retail banks. According to Immedia competition is driving banks to change the customer experience.

“Unlike the internet each radio station is tailored to the brand owner, featuring messages and service informa tion that complements its marketing strategy,” Immedia founder Bruno Brookes told Chatroom.

So can we now look forward to Dire Straits’ Money for Nothing and Abba’s Money, Money, Money every time we pop into our local bank?

Based on Chatroom’s shopping experience this could spell the end of retail banking as we know it. Who knows, we might even learn to love the call centre experience.
