The Money Centre shuts up shop in Sheffield

The Money Centre has closed its Sheffield office from today.
The buy-to-let mortgage broker employs over 200 people across the UK and floated in May 2003.

Lynsey Sweales, director of The Money Centre, says: “We can confirm that the Sheffield office has closed as of immediate affect.

“At this time we are unable to comment further but we are in correspondence with the directors of the Sheffield office to ensure there is as little disruption to clients as possible.”

There has been no information as to how many employees will be affected or why the office is being shut.
