Tiuta launch iphone and ipad app

Tiuta cliams the app is the first to be launched in the UK by a specialist bridging lender.

The app contains a number of features including:

• A simple and easy to use loan calculator enabling users to provide their clients with an indication of the costs and fees associated with a Tiuta bridging loan.
• The ability to submit an Approval in Principal immediately.
• A complete case-tracking system, via the Tiuta website, for users to check on how their client’s loans are proceeding.
