Liz Locke leaves Omni for One Hyde Park

Liz Locke, business development director at Omni Capital, is leaving the bridging lender to join the Candy & Candy core sales team at One Hyde Park.

She will join for the final phase of apartment sales at the prestigious Knightsbridge address.

Nick Candy, CEO of Candy & Candy, says: “Liz has an extremely versatile skill set and a natural flair for sales so inviting Liz to become part of the One Hyde Park sales team is an exciting development for her and the One Hyde Park project.”

Over £1.4bn of sales have now been achieved at One Hyde Park and fewer than 20 units now remain.

A series of new show apartments have been released at the development after several were purchased outright and the final retail outlet – the first UK premises for Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – is due to open in November 2011.

Colin Sanders, CEO of Omni Capital, says: “As one of the earliest members of the Omni Capital team, Liz has played a significant part in our success to date. On behalf of her colleagues at Omni, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere thanks, and to wish her well as she transitions into her new, prestigious role.”
