Gareth Lewis joins Precise Mortgages

Gareth Lewis, the former head of business development at Tiuta, has joined Precise Mortgages as its head of sales.
He will be responsible for driving bridging and short-term lending sales via the lender’s distribution partners.
Lewis will report to Roger Morris, who has been promoted to sales director of the Precise Mortgages near prime, bridging and short-term lending proposition.
Alan Cleary, managing director Precise Mortgages says: “Gareth brings a wealth of experience to the team, he has a fantastic reputation in the bridging and short-term lending market and we are looking forward to working with him to enhance our proposition further.”
