AToM launches bridging referral service

All Types of Mortgages is launching a referral service for intermediaries who require assistance with bridging or short-term loans.
AToM’s Premier Bridging service will guide the customer through various short-term lending options and process their application through to completion.
AToM will pay the broker an introductory fee when the case has completed and guarantees a no cross sell policy for any other products.
Dale Jannels, managing director of AToM, says: “Bridging and short-term lending opportunities are flourishing, but the requirements of lenders differ dramatically and, unless you are a specialist, it can be difficult to see a case through from application to completion.
“So much information and criteria management is required and for many this is a real minefield and can be very confusing. In handing cases off, this opportunity will create a potentially lucrative income stream for intermediaries whilst, at the same time, leaving them to concentrate on their core business.”
AToM has also been promoted to Precise Mortgage’s short-term lending premier panel.
