Mole spent last Wednesday and Thursday at the Mortgage Business Expo at London’s Olympia and was pleased to see so many visitors at the event. As the chat flowed the alcohol at the pub next door did too, until it all got a bit too much for some.
Mole hears that three stalwarts of the industry were somewhat worse for wear and ended up crashing out in bed together - fully clothed of course. The gents awoke to find themselves sharing a cramped bed and nursing heavy heads.
Mole thinks the Expo’s aim of bringing the market closer together may have been taken a bit too literally.
