Bank's drivel makes me so cross - it has not stood by us

Regarding Royal Bank of Scotland Intermediary Partners’ rebrand last week, it just makes me so cross when I read the utter drivel about RBS and NatWest being committed to the intermediary market.

Where have they been for the past two years? Offering better priced products to direct consumers and biting the hand that has fed them so well over the years?

Will we be returning to RBS in any shape or form? Not if we can help it.

I am determined to try to stand by lenders that have stood by us through these difficult times while, of course, providing best advice.

Frankly, I don’t care what they call themselves.
