Accord Mortgages starts new year with a first class service

It’s a new year and a new start, so I would like to reap some praise on Accord Mortgages.
Its turnaround time for agreements in principles is first class, the turnaround times for faxes and emails is first class, the time taken to answer the phone is first class, it actually returns my calls, answers my emails and it uses logic and common sense.
The icing on the cake was a mortgage offer within five working days from application - and it wasn’t fast-tracked either.
Yes, I am impressed. So thank you to Accord and specifically Kelly and Glen for all your help - it was a pleasure doing business with you.
