With energy costs likely to increase further, any opportunity to save energy should be considered. There has been confusion over the suspension of HIP's with some believing that this would be followed with removal of the need to have an Energy Performance Certificate before marketing a property. On the contrary, EPC's are a part of a European wide commitment, with UK government plans further enhance these regulations. Advice on this can be seen on the Envitae website.
