A £500m residential property fund has been launched to help first-time buyers stump up the hefty deposits they now need to buy properties.The Investors in Housing Fund is the brainchild of specialist pro-perty investment firm Mill Group. The initiative is called co-investment and is being touted as a new model for home ownership whereby buyers acquire a share of between 25% and 50% of the property with the fund buying the rest.
