I would like to congratulate Mark Snape and his team at GE Money Home Lending for not only surviving the credit crunch but for striving to get specialist lending back on the map in 2010.Obviously underwriting is going to be tight, due to the restrictions set by credit risk, but at least it is lending. Brokers need to understand that the group has positioned products to assist customers who are declined by high street lenders.
