House prices have risen for the third consecutive month, says the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Enquiries increased for the eighth consecutive month and completed sales are up by 15% compared with this time last year. But RICS says there are no signs that the market is returning to the boom times seen between 1997 and 2002.
